Philip Modenos founded General Contractor Services, Inc. (GCS) in 1994. His love of architectural design and “old world” craftsmanship combined with his drive to provide a level of customer service rarely seen today, have supported his pursuit of a lifelong dream to create elegant, functional and distinctive spaces to the delight of his clients.

“I’m the conduit for turning our client’s dreams into their reality”, says Philip, “and the first step begins with creating effective dialogue so as to embrace their visions, as if they were my own”.

Philip is a member of the Gold Coast Builders’ Association, Florida Association of Home Builders, and National Association of Homebuilders. He has also held a seat on the City of Lake Worth’s Planning and Zoning Board.

DIANE MODENOS

Diane Modenos is the yin to Philip’s yang. She is responsible for administration support services, handling contractor’s insurance, permitting and compilation of homeowner packages. Diane excels at providing outstanding customer service and puts her heart and soul into her favorite phase, assisting clients during the material selection process.
